Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal and professional development purposes and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- Participants may request a full refund of the course fees up to 14 days after enrollment, provided they have not accessed the course materials. No refunds will be provided for participants who have accessed the course content or after the 14-day refund period.
- Limitation of Liability
- International Indoor Air Quality Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the course materials, assessments, exminations or certification. The company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the course.
